Mohd Faiz Fahmy Bin Abdul Razak

MOHD FAIZ FAHMY BIN ABDUL RAZAK, is a Malaysian qualified lawyer. He graduated from MARA University of Technology and was called to the Bar on 12th December 2013. He is also a holder of Diploma Lepasan Syariah & Amalan (DLSA) MARA University of Technology MARA on 2019.
He then commenced practicing law, and gained experience at Al- Sabri & Co, a Shah Alam-based law firm, where he focused on General Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He then practised as a Legal Assistant with K.Y. Sim & Co. with focused on General and Banking Litigation from 2015 until June 2019. As the Lawyer with K.Y. Sim & Co., the scope of his practice encompassed a full spectrum of General and Banking litigation, commercial advisory works, and other related regulatory matters. He then on July 2019 joined Messrs Tawfeek Badjenid & Partners as Civil and Syariah Legal Assistant.
Presently, Mr. Faiz is Managing Partner with Fairul Fahmy & Co. His current practice covers all aspects of commercial law. In matters requiring civil litigation and resolution he has experience in application for and resisting injunction, foreclosure proceedings, recovery of debts including hire-purchase, leasing, credit card and bankruptcy matters and other banking related litigation. Mr. Faiz has all the requisite capabilities and experience in handling recovery cases and such suits touching on Islamic law principles.

In respect of Probate and Administration matters has seen Mr. Faiz involved in drafting and creation of wills and trust, obtaining probate and letters of administration.

As part of his Family Law and Shariah law practice, He has handled a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, adoption, and matrimonial property division cases.

With all these vast exposure and experience of our Mr. Faiz can comfortably and diligently provide his specialised services and advice to clients both institutional and individuals.
